I used to have my own toy company called Major Beak. I ran a web site specifically for those having questions regarding their parrots. It was a Q and A site where people could write in about problems and I would help them via the internet. I helped to do research for several people with their college thesis. I also answered questions for vets that did not have access to other information. They were normally in a third world country etc.

I currently own two Triton Cockatoos (one was a rescue that needed behavioral modification for screaming) I own two Timneh greys a mated pair that are still of breeding age and produce at least every other year if not every year. I also own two Pacific Parrotlets that are also a bonded pair that have retired from breeding.
 
I raised them and then sold them to either private parties or to stores that I had scouted out beforehand ensuring they treated the animals they way they should be treated and gave the public the information they required and if need be refused the sale. 

I used to breed lovebirds, cockatiels, Congos, conures and have been in the pet industry for over 20 years. I was head of the avian dept. most of those years as well as manager of one of the three stores that were owned here in the Seattle area.
