I am seeking someone to interview about their experiences owning a conure, perhaps a green-cheeked conure or one of the other breeds that are good for beginners. Interviewee needs to have a Spanish surname, as the interview is for a piece about considering birds as pets for AARP's Hispanic/Latino publication, VIVA. Please let me know if you can recommoned anyone that might be a good interview. Someone who can speak about owning just a few birds/early experiences with them would be best, and outside of the following states where I've already interviewed experts for this national piece: CO, Calif., TX.
