We do have the coconut shells.

 Due to the high postage cost for us to have your order shipped at our expense, we must ship your whole order together in one package.

It will be about a week before we can get more 4" balls in, can you wait for your order?

Can you wait for it, or can we refund you for the unavailable 4" balls? or would you like to try some of the other vine products we have in the place of the 7 balls?

We have 9 vine twists, 15 2" vine balls, 4" stars and one 4" heart.

Yes, I was just about to get my new vine order in.

We offer our penguins a wide variety of enrichments, some natural and others not.

One item I would've ordered from your company, if it was available, are whole, undyed natural loofahs. They make cool enrichment items for birds, too!
