I am very interested in using essential oils around the house because of all their benefits.  I know I have to be very careful with them around cats but don't know anything about how they can effect birds.

You are the only one I know who has extensive bird knowledge.  Can I use a diffuser in the house with my Quaker?

Generally speaking I would say no. Birds are 90% lung so "aromas" impact them in different ways than other animals & humans.

I would suggest getting clarification from the manufacturer
