I've been feeding my yellow sided conure, senegal and parakeets Harrison's Adult Lifetime Mash for as long as it's been on the market. They love it. I also give some Adult Lifetime Fine pellets to all for a crunch. Harrison's is wonderful and I have fed my birds Dr. Harrison's foods since the early 80's (the food was named differently at that time). I've seen birds on other pellets or diets (seed - yikes!) and birds fed Harrison's have a much more overall attractive look (feathers, beak, legs). One of my parakeets has issues with digestion, so I started it on the Mash and he hasn't been sick since (8 months now). Also, I've found feeding Harrison's and fresh food, no seed, has stopped my female parakeet from laying eggs (as soon as I feed a little seed, within a short period eggs are layed). Obviously, I can't say enough about the product. The bird breads are wonderful too. Harrison's Power Treats are loved by my senegal and conure (they have a nice sweetness to them). Oh, and I do give some seed to my bigger birds, but as a treat or positive reinforcement only.
