This is the best cage for parakeets (I have 6 ) I'm a Gramdma who does it on her own, had no trouble assembling, it went easily and quickly. Cage is a good quality easy to clean and nice to look at. But best of all it affords my budgies room to move about unencumbered. I would highly recommended this cage to anyone who wants a sturdy and nice looker at a great price
