The Prevue 3180 seems to be similar. If you think that is best choice you can switch order but please add rope to put around ladder and for toys. What size best 1/2 inch   40 feet

None of the stands we offer are made for outside use, they will all rust eventually. To prevent rusting, a wrought iron powder coat bird play stand would need to be heavy wrought iron that is heavily painted with a weather resistant paint and or galvanized. 

Locating an outdoor stand is difficult as galvanizing is zinc plating and it is not considered bird safe. A wood stand, like manzanita would hold up better outside, but would bleach out or darken from the sun. A PVC stand would be good for outdoors.

 The Parrot Tower Stands would not rust.
