Lifetime Granules arrived---2 bags---one bag is fine, the second is a hard "block" as though someone freeze dried the pack--- can we return it for another bag?

I have discussed this exact concern with Hagen quite awhile ago s the solid bag seems alien.

The hard block you refer to is actually what Hagen strives to produce. A bag packed so tightly that the air is sucked out and has the best life expectancy. 

As most of their bags are looser they are still working on this process. About a third of the product I get is packed like this, usually the granules. I like the tight packaging and so do many of my customers that come into the store, they seek out the tight ones.

Believe me, once you open the bag, it will loosen immediately and be exactly like the other.

If you don't trust what I say I will give you my service rep for Hagen and they will explain it to you.
