About 2 1/2 weeks ago I ordered a Mango playpen. May I ask when may I expect the product?

The USA made stands and cages made by Mango Pet are hand made to order and  can take 2-4 weeks depending on the item. I have just sent a request  as to when this item will ship and will get back to you today.

I just heard from Mango Pet and the stand just came out of being painted and going into production which should not take long now.

They will recontact me tomorrow with a better idea as to the date it will be shipped. The folks at Mango Pet are perfectionists and will not allow a product to be sent out without being just right. Delays are few but if they are not happy with any part of the manufacturer or paint job they will not send it out. You did choose a wonderful product and I hope to have tracking for you shortly.
