Question about Bird Grooming Day Thursday May 7th 2009 @ WindyCityParrot.com
Hello, My name is Melanie and I was hoping to get an appointment to have my sun conure's nails trimmed on your grooming day..
If it's all full, could you tell me if your bird guy makes house calls???
Also as I am very new to bird ownership, what is the best way to transport a bird in the car?
The cage is way too big to fit.
Another question, I thought your facility was near Cicero and Walton.

Answer
The grooming day 4 to 8 PM Thursday May 7th and is first come - first served.
Just bring your bird in a small cage or carrier or even in a cardboard box with the flaps folded in. A sun conure is not that bird of a bird that a box will not hold him.
Please bring a clean hold to hold him, a dish towel is large enough for a conure.
House calls would depend on him and we will inquire with him after 5/7 about them. If available, I am sure price would
depending on where you live.
We are at the new location below, we downsized and are now more centrally located in Chicago.
